Vishal Anand leads the Ottawa Practice for PSTG Consulting. Vishal brings over 15 years of industry and consulting experience both in the private and public sectors and has worked with clients throughout Canada and internationally around the world.  Through his many engagements, he has developed a wealth of experience leading clients through complex design and transformation initiatives in the areas of Government Service Delivery, e-Government, Business Architecture, Strategic Analysis and Procurement Management. 

Most recently Vishal was engaged by Government of Canada on a 3-year Executive Exchange program to assist in procurement reform and to spearhead various strategic procurement initiatives.

Vishal has also acquired specialized skills in business process re-engineering, design and assessments, developing and analyzing business options and recommendations, conducting thorough organizational and operational assessments, developing strong defensible business cases and guiding organizations through strategic planning. He is able to assist clients through practical transformation exercises developing strong sensible business solutions.

Vishal’s direct experience covers projects that span strategy development to implementation, enabling him to construct highly integrative approaches to any business transformation initiative.  Drawing from his experience and knowledge of operations, business processes, service delivery, organizational capacity, governance, IT systems, etc., he is able to effectively tie strategic directions to core areas of an organization, allowing them to quickly mobilize and dedicate resources to high priority areas.

Vishal holds a Master of Business Administration (Executive MBA) from the University of Ottawa and Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science.
