Tusca is a Senior Consultant with PSTG Caribbean’s Office based in Trinidad and Tobago. She has a wealth of knowledge on implementing Public Sector Information, and Communication Technology (ICT) projects. She has been exposed to Operations Management in both public and private sector organisations. Tusca’s skill set includes Public Sector Planning, Project Management, Human Resource Management, ICT Strategic Development, Business Analysis, Process Re-engineering, Stakeholder Management, and System Design and Implementation.

Prior to joining PSTG, Tusca worked as a Manager with the Government of Trinidad and Tobago on various eGovernment projects, including the Government’s Portal Project (ttconnect), eServices project, and Government Wide Area Network Project.
Tusca holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration, a Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems, and a Masters of Business Administration from the Andrews University, Michigan. Tusca is also a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2007.
