Sonja is a senior consultant with PSTG and brings with her more than ten years senior leadership experience in healthcare and social services management. Sonja has proven skills and success in project management, strategic planning, research, evaluation, governance and human resources management. She is particularly comfortable with engagements that involve change management, group facilitation and consensus building.
Sonja’s extensive experience with health care and the public sector help her to work effectively with diverse range of client engagements involving strategy development, transformation advise and program implementation.
Sonja has a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Toronto. She also obtained a Maytree Foundation Certificate in Non-Profit Management from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
