Sarah Davies is a senior consultant with PSTG, with over six years experience planning and implementing business transformations in the Ontario Public Sector. Her key strengths are business analysis, organizational assessment and design, process re-engineering and consensus building.

Sarah’s creativity and drive to identify and implement effective solutions makes her a valued team member in all phases of a project’s life cycle from the articulation of high level strategies, to stakeholder negotiation through to the development and implementation of new Service Delivery initiatives in the field. Working in close collaboration with clients, colleagues and stakeholders, Sarah has written Business Cases, Project Charters, Project Plans; completed Security and Privacy analyses including risk identification and recommendations for implementing mitigating strategies; documented Business Requirements, Business Processes and Business Architecture for new initiatives and developed Operations Manuals, Training Guides and ongoing support mechanisms to ensure a smooth transition for front line management and staff.

Sarah is a graduate of Aston University in Birmingham, UK, with a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Applied Human Psychology
