Rick Findlay is CEO and a founding partner of PSTG. He has played an integral part in building PSTG to become one of the premier Canadian management consulting firms in a short period of time.
Rick has led innovative transformation projects across a wide variety of industry and government clients both in Canada and internationally. He has extensive experience leading diverse collaborative consultant and client teams through everything from small BPR projects to large multi-component transformation and integration projects involving complex technology, procurement, negotiations, and organization components.
Rick is particularly focused on continuing to build and support the highly innovative PSTG team, ensuring that we can assist our clients to achieve the highest levels of service and performance. Rick constantly is looking to work with the PSTG team to further develop its unique style and approach to transformation of clients' operations.
