Recruiting

Neil Ramgoolam is a senior project manager with PSTG and is based out of the Trinidad & Tobago office having moved from Canada to the Caribbean in late 2005.

Neil's background covers both the public and private sectors, with 20 years of experience in the areas of ICT strategy and implementation in the North American and global marketplace.  He has played key roles in significant transformation initiatives and has served on government advisory committees in the public sector to help create the vision and path for organizational and economic change.

"It's been very exciting for me to work with PSTG. I really value the opportunity to be involved in projects that truly make a difference in transformation within the public sector. Projects of this nature not only transform the organization internally but have tremendous social and economic transformational impacts, especially in the developing world. It is tremendously satisfying to be part of influencing and contributing to this change."

Prior to working with PSTG, Neil worked for Microsoft for 8 years in various capacities. During his career he engaged political leaders in Canada such as Premier's Ralph Klein and Frank McKenna to move eGovernment initiatives forward. He played key roles in complex projects and developed his skills in ICT strategy, e-Government, systems design and implementation, project management, and information management. His focus has been on delivering business results to enable clients to succeed.
