Leadership at senior levels of business restructuring, operations strategy, and business development for small and multi-national organizations have developed Matthew’s discerning insight into business and public-sector operations.  As a senior consultant at PSTG, his projects involve strategic program design, organizational assessments, performance evaluation, and organizational transformation. 

Matthew’s research interests include measuring ambiguous outcomes in organizational performance, international health-systems development, business restructuring, influencing organizational culture change across multi-unit organizations, and inducing change in high-reliability organizations. 

Thanks to an endless sense of adventure and curiosity, and a robust educational background in the humanities and sciences, Matthew is a persuasive and articulate communicator, critical thinker, and creative asset to our clients. Matthew completed the Master of Business Administration program at the Richard Ivey School of Business (University of Western Ontario) and the Master of Health Services Administration at Dalhousie University.
