Martin is a Principal Consultant with PSTG’s Caribbean office in Trinidad and Tobago. He brings over twenty years experience in ICT strategy development, business process reengineering, project management, change management and successful delivery of numerous projects within the public and private sectors. Martin is a proactive leader and his extensive business and technical expertise includes IS/IT strategy and business case development, requirements definition, system and work flow design, systems management, systems integration, networking, security, data base management and software and license management.

Prior to joining PSTG, Martin was Vice President of Operation and IT of AIC Financial Group; a financial institution based in Trinidad and Tobago and was responsible for the successful implementation of several Electronic Service Delivery and Business Improvement projects. He was also the cofounder of CommNett Caribbean Limited; a successful networking company that dominated the ITC infrastructure market in Trinidad, Jamaica and the English speaking Caribbean in the 90s and early 2000’s and was one of the pioneers of data communications and eBusiness in Trinidad and Tobago. Some of the firsts in Trinidad and Tobago were: first integrated voice and data network; first structured cabling and fibre optic cabling systems and first corporate intranet portal. Martin also founded ManageWare Services Limited, a company with operations in Trinidad and Jamaica, specializing in Software Asset Management and Enterprise Software Advisory services to government and private enterprises throughout the Caribbean.

Martin holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business with specializations in Finance and Marketing; and a BSc in Electrical Engineering (First Class Honours) from University of the West Indies.
