Lisa is a Senior Consultant with PSTG's Caribbean Office based in Trinidad and Tobago.

Lisa has extensive knowledge of the public sector and what is required to successfully deliver complex projects within a Caribbean environment. She has strong project management experience, stakeholder consultation expertise and policy development capacity. Lisa has worked on a broad range of public sector transformational projects including the Opinion Leaders’ Panel, the Public Service Employee Survey and the Prime Minister’s Innovating for Service Excellence Initiative.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management (First Class Honours) from the University of the West Indies and a Master of Business Administration (Decision and Information Sciences) from the University of Florida. In addition, Lisa is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2003.
