Kedar Tupil is a Senior Consultant with PSTG Consulting and has a breadth of industry experience in business transformation covering the public, private and non-profit sectors.
Kedar has strong abilities in business case development, business process refinement, marketing, product/project management and strategy/options formulation. He is also skilled at facilitating stakeholder engagement sessions and building consensus among stakeholders. In addition, Kedar's background in technology and telecommunications helps him assess the impact of technology on business transformation and in developing options for the customer. By aligning technology with business changes, Kedar is able to provide clients with an integrated management view of the business transformation being undertaken.
Kedar has been involved in numerous projects in the public sector working with organizations such as the Ontario Ministry of Government Services, GO Transit, the Ontario Ministry of Environment and the town of Bradford West-Gwillimbury.
Apart from PSTG, Kedar is actively involved in the non-profit arena and has served on the Board of the Toronto Kiwanis Boys and Girls Club since 2006.
Kedar has an MBA from the Rotman School of Management, University Of Toronto, Canada; a Master's degree in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, USA; as well as a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Slippery Rock University, USA.
