John Bauer is a senior consultant with PSTG Consulting and has extensive public sector project experience from a variety of large-scale transformational projects.
John has worked on projects within areas of the Ontario Public Service such as the Shared Services Bureau, the Ministry of Consumer and Business Services, the Ministry of Government Services, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, and the Ontario Financing Authority. Working on complex projects with multiple stakeholders, he has considerable experience developing Business Cases, Project Charters, Project Plans, Process Maps, Risk and Change Management Processes and managing complex schedules. In addition to the hard Project Management skills, John applies strong facilitation, stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills to his engagements. John brings his clients a track record of successfully completing complex projects through consistent application of project management fundamentals, while building genuine rapport with clients, team members and stakeholders.
John is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and has completed the Comprehensive Project Management Seminar at the University of Toronto. He has an International MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
