John is a Partner with PSTG Consulting and supports the Ontario Public Sector and the International Practices. He brings over 10 years of industry and consulting experience both in the private and public sectors and has worked with clients through challenging transformation engagements throughout Canada and internationally. John's expertise, leadership and enthusiasm have significantly contributed to the firm's growth and success.
John's previous engagements has allowed him to develop a wealth of expertise and experience leading clients through complex design and transformation initiatives in the areas e-Government, organizational design, service delivery, information management, enterprise and business architecture and customer relationship management. John has also developed specialized skills in the areas of process design and reengineering, business and systems requirements gathering, organizational assessments, strategy development and business case development and is able to assist clients through a practical transformation process developing strong sensible business solutions.
John is a graduate of McGill University where he completed his bachelors of engineering in chemical engineering and biotechnology.
