Jill is a senior consultant with PSTG and brings over seven years of experience in the private and public sectors. Through her many client engagements, Jill has developed strong skills in the areas of facilitation, stakeholder management, project management, change management, communications, and the development of process and operational improvements.
Jill has been involved in the planning and implementation of many large-scale transformation initiatives. This has prepared her to work with clients to identify key strategic opportunities, understand business requirements from multiple perspectives, apply best practices knowledge, present key strategic recommendations, and guide clients through the policy development, operational and business redesign, performance management, and change processes.
Jill has an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, York University, with a concentration in Health Industry Management. Jill’s Undergraduate Degree was also completed at York University with a double major in Kinesiology / Health Sciences and Social Sciences. Jill also is involved in the non-profit sector and serves as the Vice Chair on the Board of Directors for PACE Independent Living.
