Jennifer is a senior consultant with PSTG. She has over ten years of operational experience specializing in business process reengineering, operational assessment, data analysis and change management. Jennifer has a strong track record of combining analytical rigor with pragmatism to develop solutions that are creative yet practical.
Jennifer's experience spans both the private and public sector, transforming the way organizations do business. Whether requirements involve implementing new technologies, redefining organizational structures or developing new practices and policies, she is able to work closely with the client to understand their real needs to produce solutions and recommendations that exceed expectations.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Engineering from McGill University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto. As well, she is a registered member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario and is Six Sigma certified.
