Heather Lannigan is a Consultant with PSTG’s Human Resources practice. She has been involved in a broad range of Human Resources related initiatives involving both public and private sector organizations. Using her strong communication skills combined with her highly proficient quantitative analytical capabilities Heather has consistently translated client needs into practical, carefully considered solutions.
Prior to joining PSTG, Heather worked at a boutique recruitment firm with a public sector focus and then moved onto a global human capital consulting company. She has been involved in and led engagements related to processes assessment and design, strategy and program development, employee wellness, labour market analysis and workforce planning. Additionally, she has had extensive experience in recruitment and retention, change management, HR metrics, compensation, job documentation and job evaluation.
Heather obtained her Bachelors in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, during which time she also completed co-ops in Finance, Marketing and Human Resources. She is in the process of completing her Certified Human Resources Professional Designation (CHRP).
