Heather Lannigan is a consultant with PSTG’s Human Resources practice. She has worked with public and private sector organizations across Canada and abroad to design and implement human resource strategies and programs. Prior to joining PSTG, Heather worked for a global company in human capital consulting. She has led engagements related to organizational assessment and design, HR policy and program development, recruitment and retention, change management, compensation, job documentation and job evaluation.

Heather obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Wilfrid Laurier University, where she also completed co-ops in Finance, Marketing and Human Resources. Heather holds the Certified Human Resources Professional Designation (CHRP) and is completing her Masters of Industrial Relations and Human Resources (MIRHR) at the University of Toronto on a part-time basis.
