Ernest is a Principal Consultant with PSTG Caribbean, based in Trinidad and Tobago. Ernest's 25 years experience and expertise were gained by successfully providing ICT Value to Public and Private Sector Organizations through the application of a range of Business and ICT Professional Services such as Strategic ICT Planning and Business Alignment, Business Process Reengineering and Application Solution Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Support.
Under Ernest's leadership as ICT Director the Ministry of Housing, Trinidad and Tobago, developed and implemented its Home Application and Fulfillment System (HAFS) which captured the Prime Minister's Award for Innovation. Ernest's tenure saw the innovative use of many well proven ICTs such as GIS, CADD, .NET and Oracle DBMS all in the pursuit of providing best value and best practice tools to facilitate the achievement of Governments Housing Policy Objectives.
Ernest holds an MBA and a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of the West Indies. Ernest is very proud of his work in the development of the ICT Profession derived from his past contribution as an ICT Lecturer at the Arthur Lok Jack School of Business, formerly UWI Institute of Business.
