Emily is a consultant with PSTG Consulting. She brings 8 years of experience in process engineering and consulting with a diverse industry background. Her strengths are project management, process engineering and group facilitation.
Emily has lead and delivered a number of successful multi-million dollar capital projects from conception through to implementation. For several years, she was responsible for the design and re-engineering of existing processes and workflows to accommodate new technologies and products lines. This involved collecting and extracting information from various stakeholders and industry experts, bringing all concerned parties to a consensus for a final design concept, and transforming the concept into a comprehensive project plan for implementation. She has also worked with international clients on user interface designs and the application of automation technology to supplement existing processes used to increase productivity and repeatability. Emily has also facilitated large group sessions with parties of various backgrounds to improve interdepartmental relations and standardize the intake and delivery process for new products. This process allowed new products to crossover from research and development to large scale manufacturing. The end process consisted of procedures, templates and milestones to ensure consistent scale-up of new products.
Emily has completed her bachelors of engineering in chemical engineering from the University of Waterloo, is a Professional Engineer and a Project Management Professional.
