Domenic is a Partner with PSTG Consulting and leads our efforts in the Ontario public sector market. He specializes in the business transformation and change of public sector programs and has been involved in a number of transformation initiatives at all levels of government in Ontario - and internationally as well.

Domenic works with his clients through all phases of a transformation effort from strategy to redesign to implementation. He brings over 17 years of transformation experience, both as a consultant and practitioner in such areas as service delivery, e-government, organizational design, performance measurement and IT systems. His knowledge and experience in areas of governance/accountability structures, business architecture, change management and project management allows him to bring an integrative approach to his engagements creating solutions that are both pragmatic and successful.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto and a Master of Public Administration from Queen's University.
