Aaron brings a wide portfolio of skills from his more than eight years of industry, training and consulting experience across three continents. With experience in large scale transformations, integrations and technology implementations Aaron has worked with clients in the public sector as well as a broad cross section of industry, including the automotive, pharmaceutical, retail, manufacturing, finance and utilities. Through the many projects he has been a part of, Aaron has worked in organizational transformations resulting from enterprise system implementations, mergers and outsourcing. These challenging projects have given him a strong set of skills in developing strategies, engaging stakeholders, facilitation, and managing process capture, blueprinting and project roadmapping. Aaron also brings strong skills in communications, developing visualizations of complex processes and information design.

Prior to joining PSTG, Aaron worked across the United States, Canada and France with a global consulting firm, working with executives to align and mobilize their people around critical change initiatives. Aaron holds a Bachelor’s of Sociology from Queen’s University, where he wrote his thesis on Hacking and Information Security.
