PSTG's RECRUITING PROCESS

PRE-SCREENING INTERVIEW
Once we have located a strong candidate, we start the process with a short pre-screening interview. Ideally the initial interview will be face-to-face if the candidate is local, or it may be over the phone if out-of-town. The interviewer will provide you with an overview of our company, give you a tour of the office and introduce you to other PSTGers.

FIT INTERVIEWS
If the pre-screening goes well, you will likely have 3 or 4 further interviews with PSTG consultants. They'll be fairly informal, get-to-know-you discussions - nothing stuffy! During the interviews we will discuss the type of work we do, what it means to be a PSTGer, your skills and experience and your desires for the future. We'll chat about your education and interests, and let you ask us any questions or concerns that you may have.
There will be an internal discussion at the end of each interview to see if it makes sense moving along in the process. Our office manager will keep you posted on progress and timings.
THE OFFER
Once everyone, including you, feels comfortable that the fit is a good one, we'll check your references and then sit down with you to discuss all the necessary arrangements for you joining us at PSTG.
Our goal is to have our people stay with us, and we want them to enjoy the successes and challenges of PSTG.
